Yesware does not provide refunds for the unused portion of a subscription term. Since it is a prepaid service, you will not receive a partial refund if you cancel mid-cycle.

How do I reactivate my Yesware subscription?

You can reactivate by logging back into your account, going to Plans and Usage, and selecting a new plan. Your account data should still be accessible if you reactivate before it is purged.
