Go to the Windmill Customer Portal

Navigate to https://portal.windmill.dev/ in your browser. Alternatively, if you have an active Windmill cloud instance, log in and go to Instance Settings → 'Core' tab, then click the link to open the billing portal.

Enter your account email

Type the email address associated with your Windmill subscription and click 'Send link' (or equivalent submit button). Windmill uses a magic-link login — no password required.

Check your email for the portal access link

Open the email from Windmill Labs in your inbox and click the secure access link. This will redirect you back to the customer portal, authenticated.

Locate the Subscription section

Inside the portal, find the subscription or billing section. You will see your current plan details, seats, compute workers, and renewal settings.

Disable Automatic Renewal

Toggle off the 'Automatic Renewal' option (and optionally 'Automatic Debit'). This prevents your subscription from renewing at the end of the current billing cycle. Your plan remains active until the cycle ends.

Confirm the cancellation
