What happens to my graphs and data immediately after cancelling?

Access to the Cosmo Studio and all your graphs terminates immediately upon cancellation. There is no documented grace period. Export any schemas, configurations, or analytics data before cancelling.

Will I get a refund when I cancel?

For monthly plans, WunderGraph's Terms explicitly state there are no refunds under any circumstances. For annual plans on enterprise Order Form agreements, a pro-rata refund of unused months may apply if WunderGraph terminates or the customer terminates the agreement — contact customer@wundergraph.com to clarify before cancelling an annual plan.

Can I downgrade to a cheaper plan instead of cancelling entirely?

No. WunderGraph's Terms of Service explicitly state that customers may upgrade but not downgrade their subscription plan. The Downgrade button in the UI is disabled. Your only options are to upgrade or cancel back to the free Developer tier.

Is there a free plan I revert to after cancelling?

Yes. After cancelling a paid plan (Launch or Scale), your organization reverts to the Developer tier, which is free and includes 1 graph, 10 million requests per month, and 7-day analytics retention.

Can I also cancel by deleting my organization?

Yes. In the Studio under Settings (cosmo.wundergraph.com/{orgSlug}/settings), an admin can click 'Delete organization'. This automatically cancels the associated subscription on the backend. Note that this permanently deletes the organization and all its data.

How do enterprise customers cancel their subscription?

Enterprise customers on an Order Form agreement cannot self-serve their cancellation. They must send a written cancellation notice by email to customer@wundergraph.com.

Log in to Cosmo Studio

Go to cosmo.wundergraph.com and sign in to your account.

Open your organization's Billing page

In the left sidebar, navigate to your organization. Then go to cosmo.wundergraph.com/{yourOrgSlug}/billing (replace {yourOrgSlug} with your organization's slug shown in the URL).

Click 'Manage your payment settings'

On the Billing page, click the 'Manage your payment settings' button. This redirects you to the Stripe Customer Portal in a new tab.

Select your subscription in the Stripe portal

Inside the Stripe Customer Portal, find your active Cosmo subscription listed under your account.

Cancel the subscription

Click on the subscription, then select the option to cancel it. Confirm the cancellation when prompted. Cancellation takes effect immediately per WunderGraph's Terms of Service.
