Can I still use Fera after I cancel?

Access to your paid plan continues until the end of your current billing period. After that, the account reverts to the free tier or is deactivated, depending on your plan.

Will I get a refund when I cancel?

Refunds are only available within the first 24 hours of a charge. Canceling mid-cycle does not entitle you to a prorated refund. For billing errors or persistent technical issues, contact help@fera.ai within that window.

How do I cancel if I'm on a free plan?

Free plan users do not have an in-app cancellation flow. Simply uninstall the Fera app from your ecommerce platform (Shopify, BigCommerce, etc.) to stop using the service.

What happens to my data after I cancel?

Per Fera's Terms of Service, you have 7 days after cancellation to export your content, client data, and customer data. After that window, Fera may permanently delete all associated data.

How do I reactivate my subscription?

You can re-subscribe at any time by going back to Configuration → Account → Billing and selecting a plan. There are no re-enrollment restrictions.

I canceled but I'm still being charged — what do I do?

Check whether you have multiple Fera accounts registered under different email addresses, as a second active account may still be billing you. Contact help@fera.ai or use in-app chat to resolve duplicate account charges.

Log in to your Fera dashboard

Go to app.fera.ai and sign in with your account credentials.

Open Configuration

In the left sidebar, click 'Configuration'.

Go to Billing

Scroll down to the 'Account' section and click 'Billing'.

Open subscription menu

On the Billing page, find the 'Subscription' section and click the three-dot menu (•••) on the right side of it.

Select 'Cancel Subscription'

From the dropdown, click 'Cancel Subscription'.

Provide cancellation reason

Enter a reason for canceling in the feedback prompt (required field, but does not block cancellation).

Confirm cancellation

Click the final confirmation button to complete the cancellation.
