Use the bulk download feature inside the app to export all your contracts as PDFs before your access ends. Look for the bulk export option in your contract list.

What happens to my data after I cancel?

Contractbook retains your data for the duration of the account plus 5 years after termination per their privacy policy. You can request data deletion by emailing support@contractbook.com — they must respond within 1 month (GDPR). Signature verification data on executed contracts may be retained longer.

Export your contracts

Before cancelling, download all your contracts. In the app, go to your contract list and use the bulk export/download option to save your documents as PDFs.

Open account settings

Navigate to Subscription

Click 'Settings' from the dropdown menu, then select the 'Subscription' tab to view your current plan details and billing information.

Initiate cancellation

Click the 'Cancel Subscription' button on the Subscription settings page.

Provide cancellation reason

Complete the cancellation reason prompt (a standard churn-prevention step — select or enter your reason and proceed).

Confirm cancellation

Click the final confirmation button to complete the cancellation. Save the confirmation email you receive as proof of cancellation.

Contact billing if needed
