Log in to Logto Cloud Console

Go to cloud.logto.io and sign in to your Logto Cloud account.

Open Tenant Settings

Click on your tenant name or the settings gear icon in the top navigation to open Tenant Settings.

Navigate to Plan and Billing

In the left sidebar, select 'Your plan and billing' (sometimes labelled 'Plan and Billing').

Select the Free plan

In the plan selector, choose the Free plan ($0/mo) and click to initiate the downgrade. This effectively cancels your paid Pro subscription.

Remove Pro-only features (if prompted)

If your tenant uses Pro-only features (RBAC, Organizations, MFA, Enterprise SSO), you must disable or remove those configurations before the downgrade can complete. Follow any on-screen prompts listing which features need to be removed.

Confirm the downgrade

Review the plan change summary and confirm. The downgrade takes immediate effect — billing is adjusted pro-rata and any unused add-on costs are refunded to your account.
