Go to idrive.com and sign in with your IDrive account credentials.
Click your username in the top-right corner and select 'Account Settings' or 'My Account' from the dropdown.
Go to the 'Account' or 'Subscription' tab to view your current plan and billing details.
IDrive requires you to submit a cancellation or account deletion request. Click 'Delete Account' or 'Cancel Plan' and follow the prompts. You may need to contact support at support@idrive.com for some plan types.
Confirm the cancellation. IDrive will send a confirmation email. Download or restore any important backup data before the account closure date, as all cloud backups will be deleted upon cancellation.
