Visit wise.com and log in to your account, or use the Wise mobile app.
Before closing, send any remaining balance to an external bank account. Go to 'Send' and transfer funds to your personal bank account.
Click your name or profile icon in the top-right corner, then select 'Settings'.
Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page and click 'Close account'. Wise will prompt you to confirm there are no pending transfers or balances.
Follow the on-screen steps to confirm your identity and finalise the account closure. You will receive a confirmation email once the account is closed.
