Any orders already processed before your cancellation request will still be delivered. You will continue to receive confirmation emails for these pending deliveries. No new orders will be created after cancellation.

Bloom & Wild does not offer refunds simply for cancelling. If you cancel before the 3-day cutoff prior to your next delivery, you won't be charged for that delivery. For quality issues, you can submit an online form with photos and they will issue a replacement or refund.

Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Yes, you can reactivate a subscription by logging into your account and setting up a new subscription. You can also pause a subscription temporarily rather than cancelling if you intend to return.

Can I cancel a fixed-term subscription (e.g. 3-month or 6-month gift subscription)?

Fixed-term gift subscriptions (3, 6, or 12 months) run for their stated duration and do not auto-renew. Ongoing (rolling) subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with no fees.

How do I request deletion of my personal data?

Go to bloomandwild.com and click 'Log in' in the top-right corner. Enter your email and password to access your account.

Go to My Account

Once logged in, click your name or the account icon in the top navigation to open the account menu, then select 'My Account' or navigate directly to bloomandwild.com/my-account.

Open Subscription settings

In your account dashboard, locate the 'Subscriptions' or 'My Subscription' section. Click on your active subscription to open its management options.

Select 'Cancel subscription'

Within the subscription management page, click 'Cancel subscription'. You may be shown options to pause or skip deliveries instead — if you only want to stop permanently, proceed with cancellation.

Confirm the cancellation

Confirm your decision when prompted. You will receive a confirmation email to the address on your account. Ensure you cancel at least 3 days before your next scheduled delivery date to avoid being charged for it.
