Log in to Engagespot Console
Go to https://console.engagespot.co and sign in with your account credentials.
Open Account or Billing Settings
Navigate to your account settings, typically accessible via your profile icon or name in the top-right corner. Look for a 'Billing' or 'Subscription' section in the sidebar or settings menu.
Locate Subscription Management
Within the Billing or Subscription section, look for an option to manage or cancel your current plan. If no self-serve cancellation button is visible, proceed to contact support directly.
Contact Support via In-App Chat
If no self-serve cancellation option is found, use the Intercom chat widget (usually a chat bubble icon in the bottom-right corner of the console) to request cancellation. State clearly that you want to cancel your paid subscription.
Alternatively, Email Support
Send a cancellation request to support@engagespot.co with your account email address and a request to cancel your subscription. Include your workspace name or API key for faster processing.
Confirm Cancellation
Wait for a confirmation email or reply from the Engagespot team confirming your subscription has been cancelled. Your account will revert to the free Launch plan (10,000 event triggers/month) rather than being deleted.
