1

Determine your billing channel

Identify whether your Exalate subscription was purchased directly (Starter or Scale plan via the Exalate console) or through the Atlassian Marketplace. Check your billing emails — direct plans come from Stripe/Exalate, Marketplace plans come from Atlassian.

2

Log in to the Exalate console

For direct (Starter/Scale) plans: go to your Exalate console and sign in. For Atlassian Marketplace plans: go to https://admin.atlassian.com/billing instead and skip to step 5.

3

Open License Details

In the left sidebar of the Exalate console, click on the 'License Details' tab.

4

Click 'Cancel Subscription'

On the License Details page, click the 'Cancel Subscription' button. A confirmation modal will appear. Note: the modal may show an incorrect number of synced issues — this is a known display bug and does not affect the cancellation itself.

5

Confirm cancellation

In the confirmation modal, confirm you want to cancel. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, then syncing will stop.

6

Atlassian Marketplace users: cancel via admin.atlassian.com

If you purchased via Atlassian Marketplace: go to https://admin.atlassian.com/billing, select your billing account, click 'Subscriptions', find Exalate, then click 'More actions' > 'Cancel subscription' and confirm.

7

Pro/Enterprise plans: contact Exalate directly

If you are on a Pro or Enterprise plan, self-service cancellation is not available. Email business@exalate.com to request cancellation.
