What happens to my data after I cancel?

All crawl data is permanently deleted at the end of the contract. Oncrawl's Data Processing Agreement states deletion is irreversible, so you must export everything you need before your cancellation takes effect.

How far in advance do I need to cancel?

You must provide written notice at least 30 days before the end of your current subscription term (monthly or annual). Missing this window means you will be charged for the next full billing period.

Will I get a refund after cancelling?

No. Oncrawl's Terms of Service require payment in full through the last day of service. No mid-term refunds are documented for either monthly or annual plans.

Can I reactivate my account after cancelling?

You can sign up for a new subscription, but since all data is deleted at contract end, previously collected crawl data cannot be recovered. You would start fresh.

What if I'm still on a free trial?

Oncrawl's 14-day free trial requires no credit card, so no cancellation action is needed. The trial simply expires at the end of the 14-day period with no charge.

How do I request deletion of my personal data?

Before cancelling, log in to your Oncrawl workspace at https://app.oncrawl.com and export any crawl data or reports you need. Data is permanently deleted at contract end with no recovery option.

Check your renewal date

Review your current subscription term end date in Workspace Settings. You must submit a cancellation request at least 30 days before the renewal date, or you will be billed for the next full term.

Send cancellation email to cancel@oncrawl.com

Compose an email to cancel@oncrawl.com stating your written termination request. Include your account/workspace name and the effective cancellation date. This is the official method documented in Oncrawl's Terms of Service.
