Log in to UiPath Automation Cloud
Go to cloud.uipath.com and sign in with the account that holds the paid subscription. You must be the Organization Administrator to cancel.
Open Admin settings
Click the 'Admin' option in the left-hand navigation panel to access organization-level settings.
Navigate to Licenses
In the Admin panel, go to 'Organization' → 'Licenses'. This shows your current plan and billing details.
Open billing portal
Click the link labelled 'Update payment info, view billing history, cancel plan'. This takes you to the external billing portal (Stripe-powered).
Select 'Cancel plan'
On the billing portal page, locate your active plan and click the 'Cancel plan' button. A confirmation prompt may appear asking you to confirm the cancellation.
Confirm cancellation
Confirm the cancellation when prompted. The button turns green and displays a checkmark icon once the cancellation is successfully processed.
Return to Automation Cloud
Click 'UiPath, Inc.' in the grey left-hand panel of the billing portal to return to the Automation Cloud dashboard. Your plan will remain active until the current billing period ends.
