1

Review your contract terms

Before initiating cancellation, review your Master Subscription Agreement (MSA) or Order Form. ProcessMaker subscriptions auto-renew for successive 12-month periods and require 60 days' written notice of non-renewal before the current term end date. Missing this window locks you into another annual term.

2

Log in to the ProcessMaker Support Portal

Go to https://support.processmaker.com and sign in with your company credentials. This is the primary hub for existing customers to manage support cases and account-related requests.

3

Contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM)

Reach out directly to your assigned Customer Success Manager or Technical Account Manager (TAM). Every ProcessMaker enterprise account has a dedicated CSM. If you do not know who yours is, submit a support ticket via the portal using the 'Submit a Request' button, selecting the account/billing category, and stating you wish to submit a non-renewal notice.

4

Submit formal written non-renewal notice

Send a written non-renewal notice via email to your CSM and CC contracts@processmaker.com (or the address specified in your Order Form). Clearly state your account name, contract end date, and that you do not wish to renew. Request written confirmation of receipt — this is critical since the 60-day notice window is contractually binding.

5

Confirm cancellation in writing

Wait for ProcessMaker to acknowledge your non-renewal request in writing. Confirm the exact date your access will end and what happens to your data. Keep all correspondence for your records.

6

Export your data before term ends

Before your subscription end date, log into your ProcessMaker instance and export any processes, cases, reports, and data you need to retain. Go to Admin > Export and download your process definitions (.pmx files) and any associated data. ProcessMaker does not guarantee data retention after account termination.
