Open the live chat or prepare an email

To cancel, you must contact Salesflare support directly. Either click the live chat bubble (bottom-right corner of any page on salesflare.com or app.salesflare.com) or compose an email to support@salesflare.com.

Request cancellation

Tell the support agent or write in your email: 'I would like to cancel my Salesflare subscription and delete my team.' Include your account email address to help them identify your account.

Provide cancellation reason (prompted)

Salesflare will ask for feedback on why you are leaving. This is a standard feedback request and not a mandatory retention step — you can keep your answer brief or decline. They may offer to schedule a personal call to help improve your use of Salesflare or point you to how-to videos as a retention attempt.

Confirm cancellation

Once support processes your request, you will receive a confirmation. Your subscription remains active until just before your next scheduled renewal date, after which you will no longer be charged.
