Can I pause my subscription instead of canceling?

Yes. Eventide supports pausing (suspending) subscriptions via the 'Suspend' button on the subscription detail page. You can reactivate at any time by returning to My Account → Subscriptions → View → Reactivate.

Can I reactivate my subscription after canceling?

Log in to your account

Go to https://www.eventideaudio.com/my-account/ and sign in with your Eventide account credentials.

Open Subscriptions

In the left sidebar of your account dashboard, click the 'Subscriptions' menu item.

View your active subscription

Find your active subscription (Ensemble or Pro Reverb Bundle) in the list and click the 'View' button next to it.

Click Cancel

On the subscription detail page, click the 'Cancel' button. If you want to pause instead of permanently canceling, click 'Suspend' — this keeps your subscription on hold and allows reactivation later.

Confirm cancellation

Confirm the cancellation when prompted. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period, after which plugin access will be revoked.
