Review your contract and renewal date
Log in to your Ada dashboard at app.ada.cx and locate your Order Form or check the original contract email. Note your subscription end date — you must provide notice at least 30 days before that date to prevent automatic renewal.
Contact your Ada Account Manager
Reach out directly to your assigned Customer Success Manager or Account Manager (found in your welcome email or Ada dashboard). Inform them of your intent not to renew or to terminate the subscription.
Send written cancellation notice to legal@ada.cx
Send a formal written cancellation or non-renewal notice to legal@ada.cx (Ada Support, 46 Spadina Avenue, Suite 500, Toronto, ON M5V 2H8). State your company name, account ID, and the explicit intent not to renew. CC your Account Manager.
Request written confirmation
Ask Ada to confirm receipt of your cancellation notice in writing. Keep this confirmation for your records. Ada should acknowledge that your account will not renew and confirm the final access date.
Export your data before access ends
Within the Ada dashboard, export any chatbot configurations, conversation logs, analytics, and knowledge base content you need to retain. Ada deletes customer data after the post-termination retention window expires.
