1

Review your contract end date

Log into the BeyondTrust customer portal at beyondtrustcorp.service-now.com/csm and check your subscription end date. You must submit written notice at least 30 days before the renewal date — missing this window locks you into another full year automatically.

2

Export your data

Before cancelling, export all data you need to retain: session recordings (via /login > Management > Security > Data Retention on your appliance), audit logs, reports, and any stored credentials from Password Safe. You have 30 days post-termination to retrieve data; after that it is permanently deleted.

3

Contact your Customer Success Manager

Reach out to your assigned Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Technical Account Manager (TAM) directly. If you don't know who that is, call BeyondTrust at +1-877-826-6427 or email mysupport@beyondtrust.com to be connected to your account team.

4

Submit written non-renewal notice

Send a formal written notice of intent not to renew via email to your CSM and to mysupport@beyondtrust.com. State clearly: your account/organization name, the products you are not renewing, and your subscription end date. Written notice is required by the EULA.

5

Open a case in the customer portal

Log into the ServiceNow customer portal at beyondtrustcorp.service-now.com/csm and open a support case documenting your non-renewal request. This creates a timestamped paper trail alongside your email notice.

6

Obtain written confirmation

Request and save written confirmation from BeyondTrust acknowledging receipt of your non-renewal notice and your subscription end date. Keep this for your records in case of any auto-renewal dispute.
