Log in to Brand24

Go to https://app.brand24.com/panel/ and log in with your credentials.

Check your next billing date

Click your account name in the upper-right corner, select 'Account settings', then click the 'Your subscription and account' tile at https://app.brand24.com/account/limits/ to note your next renewal date. You must submit your cancellation request at least 7 days before it.

Open the Intercom chat

Click the chat bubble icon in the bottom-right corner of any Brand24 page (powered by Intercom) to open the live chat with your Account Manager.

Request cancellation via chat or email

Tell the agent you want to cancel your subscription. Alternatively, send an email to help@brand24.com with the subject 'Subscription cancellation request' including your account email and the reason for cancelling.

Confirm cancellation in writing

Ask the agent to confirm in writing (chat transcript or email reply) that your subscription has been cancelled and will not renew. Note the date and the name of the agent for your records.

Request account or data deletion (optional)

If you also want your data removed, explicitly request account deletion in the same conversation. Brand24 will delete your account and all associated data. You have a 14-day window to export any personal data before deletion is finalised.
