Do I lose access immediately after cancelling?

No. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You retain full access to all features until that date, with no further charges afterward.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Monthly subscribers receive no refunds — you simply keep access until the period ends. Annual subscribers who cancel within 30 days of their renewal date may be eligible for a partial refund on self-service renewals. Contact support@agorapulse.com after cancelling to request one.

Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Yes, as long as your billing cycle hasn't ended yet. Go back to Subscription settings and click 'Turn on your subscription renewal', then confirm. Your subscription will resume normal renewal.

How do I delete my account and all data?

Account deletion is a separate step available only after your billing cycle ends. Click your avatar → 'Personal settings' → 'Delete my account' → 'Yes, I'm sure'. Deletion is permanent and irreversible — export any data beforehand.

Who can cancel an Agorapulse subscription?

Only the organization Owner can cancel. Admins and team members do not have this permission. If you are on a Custom or Enterprise plan, you must contact your Customer Success Manager or email cs@agorapulse.com.

What if I'm on a Custom or Enterprise plan?

Self-service cancellation is not available for Custom or Manual plans. Contact your dedicated Customer Success Manager or email cs@agorapulse.com. You must notify them at least 60 days before your renewal date to avoid automatic rollover for another year.

Log in as Organization Owner

Only the organization Owner can cancel. Log in to your Agorapulse account at app.agorapulse.com. Team members and admins do not have permission to cancel.

Open Subscription settings

Click your profile avatar or picture in the bottom-left corner of the screen, then select 'Subscription'. Alternatively, go to 'Organization settings' and choose 'Subscription'.

Scroll to the bottom of the Subscription page to find the cancellation option.

Click 'Cancel subscription'

Click 'Cancel subscription' (paid plans), 'Cancel trial' (trial users), or 'Stop Free Plan' (free plan users) depending on your plan type.

Complete cancellation feedback form

Fill in the required cancellation feedback form explaining your reason for leaving.

Confirm cancellation

Click 'Confirm cancellation' (also labeled 'Terminate' in some flows) to finalize. You will retain full access until the end of your current billing cycle.
