Will I lose access immediately after cancelling?

No. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you retain paid features until that date.

Will my data be deleted when I downgrade?

No. All existing bases and records are preserved. However, once on the Free plan, you cannot add new records to bases that exceed the 1,000-record Free plan limit — those bases become partially read-only.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Airtable's standard policy does not offer cash refunds — only prorated credits for the same workspace. EU and Turkey residents can request a refund within 14 days of purchase under consumer protection law. Contact support@airtable.com promptly for accidental charges.

Can I reactivate my plan later?

Yes. Go back to Workspace settings → Billing and re-subscribe at any time. Your data will still be there as long as you did not delete the workspace.

I subscribed via the App Store or Google Play — can I cancel on the website?

No. Mobile subscriptions must be cancelled on the device: on iOS go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Airtable → 'Cancel Subscription'; on Android go to Google Play Store → Profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Airtable → 'Cancel Subscription'.

What happens to automations and other paid features after downgrading?

Plan-dependent features such as advanced automations, interfaces, extensions, and additional sync sources will be disabled once the Free plan takes effect at the end of the billing cycle.

Log in and open your workspace

Log in to Airtable at airtable.com. From the home screen, click the name of the paid workspace you want to cancel. Note: billing is workspace-based, not account-based — you must downgrade each paid workspace individually.

Open Workspace settings

Click on the workspace name or the dropdown arrow next to it, then select 'Workspace settings' from the menu. You must be the workspace Owner to make billing changes — admins and members cannot cancel.

Go to the Billing tab

Inside Workspace settings, click the 'Billing' tab to see your current plan and payment details.

Open plan options

Under 'Plan details', click the '...' (three-dot ellipsis) icon to the right of your current plan name, then click 'Downgrade' or 'Change plan'.

Select the Free plan

On the plan selection screen, choose the 'Free' plan. This effectively cancels your paid subscription.

Confirm the downgrade

Click 'Acknowledge changes' on the confirmation screen to finalize the downgrade. Your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Repeat for all paid workspaces

Return to the home screen and repeat steps 1–6 for every paid workspace you own. There is no 'cancel all' option — each workspace must be downgraded individually.
