Log in to My BMW Account
Go to https://www.bmw.com/en/footer/mybmw-login.html or open the My BMW app on your phone. Sign in with your BMW ID (email and password). If you don't have an account, you'll need to register first at customer.bmwgroup.com/oneid/.
Navigate to 'My Vehicles'
After logging in, click on 'My Vehicles' or 'My Garage' in the main navigation menu. Select your vehicle from the list shown.
Open the ConnectedDrive Store or Subscriptions
Within your vehicle overview, locate the 'ConnectedDrive Store' section or click on 'My Services & Subscriptions'. This lists all active services and their renewal status.
Select the subscription to cancel
Find the specific service you want to cancel (e.g., 'BMW Digital Premium', 'Real Time Traffic Information', or your Standard Service Plan). Click on the service name to open its details.
Turn off auto-renewal or cancel
Click 'Manage Subscription' or 'Cancel Auto-Renewal'. For monthly subscriptions, select 'Cancel Subscription'. For annual plans, toggle off 'Auto-Renew' so the service expires at the end of the current billing period.
Confirm cancellation
A confirmation prompt will appear asking you to confirm. Click 'Confirm Cancellation' or 'Yes, Cancel'. You should receive a confirmation email to your registered BMW ID address.
