Yes, your services remain active until the end of the current paid billing period. For monthly subscriptions, that means until the end of the current month; for annual plans, until the end of the year. After expiry, connected features are disabled.

Can I get a refund if I cancel early?

No. BMW's terms explicitly state that no rebate or refund will be granted for early termination or suspension of services. For one-off/lifetime upgrade payments, there is no right to cancel once the download has begun. Monthly subscribers lose only the remaining days of the current month.

Log in to My BMW Account

Go to https://www.bmw.com/en/footer/mybmw-login.html or open the My BMW app on your phone. Sign in with your BMW ID (email and password). If you don't have an account, you'll need to register first at customer.bmwgroup.com/oneid/.

Navigate to 'My Vehicles'

After logging in, click on 'My Vehicles' or 'My Garage' in the main navigation menu. Select your vehicle from the list shown.

Open the ConnectedDrive Store or Subscriptions

Within your vehicle overview, locate the 'ConnectedDrive Store' section or click on 'My Services & Subscriptions'. This lists all active services and their renewal status.

Select the subscription to cancel

Turn off auto-renewal or cancel

Confirm cancellation

A confirmation prompt will appear asking you to confirm. Click 'Confirm Cancellation' or 'Yes, Cancel'. You should receive a confirmation email to your registered BMW ID address.
