Will I lose access immediately after cancelling?

No. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, your account reverts to the free plan (10,000 characters/month).

What happens to my unused credits?

Unused characters/credits are forfeited when the billing cycle ends — they do not carry over to the free tier.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

ElevenLabs does not offer prorated refunds by default. A refund may be granted if requested within 14 days of payment and no credits were used. EU customers have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right.

What happens to my custom voices?

Custom voices are preserved and not deleted. However, the free plan limits you to 3 active voice slots. Professional and Instant Voice Clones remain saved but are locked on the free tier.

Can I reactivate my subscription?

Yes. Before the billing cycle ends, click 'Resume subscription' in your Subscription settings. After it ends, go to elevenlabs.io/pricing and re-subscribe — your voices and data are retained.

Will my generated audio and data be deleted?

No, ElevenLabs does not automatically delete your data upon cancellation. Content generated on a paid plan retains its commercial license; new content on the free plan requires attribution.
