Log in to LATAM Pass
Go to latampass.latam.com and log in with your CPF/email and password.
Open My Account
Click 'Minha Conta' (My Account) in the top-right corner of the page.
Navigate to Club LATAM Pass
In the left sidebar menu, select 'Clube LATAM Pass' to open your subscription management page.
Click Cancel My Plan
At the top of the subscription page, click the button labeled 'Cancelar Meu Plano' (Cancel My Plan).
Review penalty and confirm
A summary screen appears showing your plan details and any early-exit penalty (multa) if you are still within the 90-day minimum commitment period. Check the box 'Li e estou de acordo' (I have read and agree) to acknowledge the terms.
Select cancellation reason
Choose a reason from the mandatory dropdown list and optionally add comments in the text field.
Confirm cancellation
Click 'Cancelar Plano' (Cancel Plan) to finalize. The status changes to 'Processo de cancelamento' (Cancellation in progress) and benefits remain active through the end of the current billing period.
