Log in to Lightdash Cloud
Sign in to your Lightdash Cloud account at app.lightdash.cloud with your admin credentials. Only organization admins can manage billing and initiate cancellation.
Open the in-app support chat
Click the question mark (?) icon in the left navigation bar to open the in-app help and messaging panel. This connects you directly with the Lightdash support team.
Request subscription cancellation
In the support chat, state that you are the organization admin and want to cancel your Cloud Pro (or Enterprise) subscription. Include your organization/workspace name and the effective date you want cancellation to apply.
Alternatively, email support directly
If the in-app chat is unavailable, send a cancellation request to support@lightdash.com from the email address associated with your admin account. Include your workspace name, plan type, and requested cancellation date.
Confirm cancellation details with the support team
A Lightdash team member will respond to confirm the cancellation, clarify the final billing date, and outline next steps for data export or account closure. Respond promptly to complete the process.
Export your data before the end date
Before your subscription ends, export any dashboards, charts, or underlying data you wish to keep. Lightdash does not guarantee data retention after an account is closed.
