Log in to tidal.com
Visit tidal.com in your browser and sign in to your account.
Access your Account settings
Click your profile name or avatar in the top-right corner and select 'My Account' or 'Settings'.
Go to Subscription
In your account settings, find and click 'Subscription' to see your current plan details and renewal date.
Cancel the subscription
Click 'Cancel Subscription' or 'End Membership'. You may be offered a discount or downgrade before confirming.
Confirm and retain access
