No. Vimla does not issue partial refunds. You pay for the full month and retain access until the month ends, but no prorated refund is issued for unused days.

Can I keep my phone number after canceling?

Yes. Your phone number is available for porting to another operator for up to 30 days after cancellation. If you port your number to a new operator, the Vimla subscription is automatically terminated on the same day the number transfer completes — no separate cancellation needed.

How do I reactivate my subscription if I change my mind?

Contact Vimla support via the support portal, chat, or email at hej@vimla.se to request reactivation. Note that accessing support requires Bank ID authentication, so act before your subscription fully lapses if possible.

Go to mitt.vimla.se or open the Vimla app. Log in with your credentials (Swedish Bank ID or email/password).

Go to Kontouppgifter (Account Settings)
