1

Understand KeystoneJS is free/open-source

KeystoneJS (keystonejs.com) is a 100% free, open-source headless CMS released under the MIT License. It has no paid subscription plans, no account registration, and no billing — there is nothing to cancel.

2

Stop using the software

To 'cancel', simply stop using KeystoneJS in your project. Remove the dependency from your package.json by running: npm uninstall @keystone-6/core (or the relevant package you installed).

3

Deprovision your hosting

If you self-hosted a KeystoneJS instance (e.g. on a VPS, cloud provider, or PaaS), cancel or terminate that hosting service through your hosting provider's dashboard (AWS, Heroku, Render, Railway, etc.).

4

Delete your database

KeystoneJS stores data in a database you control (PostgreSQL, SQLite, etc.). Delete the database or drop the schema if you no longer need the data. This step is irreversible.
