1

Review your contract end date

Check your Precisely subscription agreement for the exact term end date. Non-renewal notice must be submitted at least 30 days before the end of your current term. Precisely contracts are typically annual (12-month) and auto-renew automatically if no action is taken.

2

Log in to the Customer Portal

Go to https://customer.precisely.com/s/contactsupport and sign in with your Precisely account credentials. If you do not have portal access yet, self-register at https://rc.precisely.com/customer-self-registration-portal first.

3

Submit a cancellation/non-renewal case

Once logged in, click 'Contact Support' and open a new case. Select the relevant product and describe your request as a notice of non-renewal or cancellation. As of January 2026, Precisely no longer accepts cancellation requests by email — the portal is the required channel.

4

Contact your Account Manager directly

In parallel, notify your assigned Precisely account manager or sales representative in writing of your intent not to renew. Enterprise accounts are typically managed through a named rep. This written notice is what legally stops the auto-renewal.

5

Call Precisely support if needed

If you do not have portal access or cannot reach your account manager, call Precisely support at +1-877-700-8270 (US/Canada) to escalate your non-renewal notice. Note that phone support is being phased out by mid-2026.

6

Export your data before term ends

After submitting your non-renewal notice, log in to your Precisely Data Integrity Suite or hosted product and export all Customer Data and Data Output you wish to retain. Precisely provides a short wind-down period after termination, after which all customer data is deleted.

7

Delete licensed software from your systems

Per the Subscription Agreement, upon termination you must immediately cease use of all licensed products and delete all copies from your systems. Retain a copy of your cancellation confirmation for your records.
