1

Review your subscription agreement

Locate your ThoughtSpot Master Subscription Agreement or order form to check your contract end date, notice period requirements (typically 30–90 days before renewal), and any early termination clauses before initiating cancellation.

2

Contact your ThoughtSpot Account Manager

Reach out directly to your designated ThoughtSpot Account Executive or Customer Success Manager via email or phone. If you do not have their contact, email the general support address or log in to the ThoughtSpot Community portal at community.thoughtspot.com and submit a support case.

3

Submit a cancellation or non-renewal request in writing

Send a formal written notice of cancellation or intent not to renew to your account manager and to support@thoughtspot.com. Include your company name, ThoughtSpot org/account ID, and the desired cancellation effective date. Request written confirmation of receipt.

4

Export your data before the end date

Before your subscription ends, export any Liveboards, Answers, or TML (ThoughtSpot Modeling Language) definitions you need to retain. Go to Admin Portal > Data > select objects > Export TML. Download any reports or data you need, as access is revoked at contract end.

5

Receive cancellation confirmation

ThoughtSpot's team will process your request and send written confirmation of the cancellation effective date. Verify the confirmation matches your requested date and keep it for your records.
