Check your contract renewal date

Review your Order Form or contract to find your renewal date. Workato requires written cancellation notice at least 30 days before the term end date to avoid automatic renewal. Log in at app.workato.com and go to Settings > Subscription to check your current plan and billing cycle.

Attempt self-service downgrade (trial/entry-level only)

If you are on a free trial or an entry-level paid plan, go to Settings (gear icon or top-right account menu) > Subscription > View Plans, then select the Free plan and confirm the downgrade. This self-service path is only available for lower-tier accounts — enterprise and Business customers on annual contracts cannot use this route.

Contact your Workato account manager

Enterprise and Business customers must contact their assigned Workato account manager directly. If you do not know who your account manager is, email accounts@workato.com stating your intent to cancel and requesting confirmation of the cancellation process for your specific contract.

Submit written cancellation notice

Send a written cancellation notice to accounts@workato.com (or your account manager) at least 30 days before your renewal date. Include your company name, account email, and explicit statement that you wish to cancel/not renew. Keep a copy of this email as proof of the notice date.

Request confirmation of cancellation

Ask Workato to confirm in writing that your cancellation has been processed and specify the effective termination date.
