Sign in to My BMW

Go to mygarage.bmwusa.com and sign in with your BMW ID (email and password). If you don't have a BMW ID, you'll need to register first using the email associated with your ConnectedDrive account.

2

Select your vehicle

From the 'My Garage' dashboard, click on the vehicle tile whose ConnectedDrive subscription you want to cancel. This opens your vehicle's detail page.

3

Open the ConnectedDrive Store

Click the 'ConnectedDrive Store' button or navigate to 'My Subscriptions' from the vehicle detail page. This shows all active and past subscriptions tied to that vehicle.

4

Find the active subscription

Locate the subscription you wish to cancel (e.g., 'BMW Digital Premium', 'Remote Services', or another named plan). Click on it to expand its details.

5

Turn off Auto-Renewal

Click the 'Cancel Auto-Renewal' or 'Manage Subscription' button shown next to the active plan. Confirm the cancellation when prompted. The service continues until the end of the current paid period.

6

Confirm cancellation via email

Check your inbox for a BMW confirmation email. If you do not receive one within a few minutes, contact BMW Assist Customer Care at 1-888-333-6118 or customercare@bmwassist.com to confirm the cancellation was recorded.
