Will I lose my forms and data when I cancel?

No. Your forms, workspaces, and submission data are retained on the free plan. Only Pro or Business features (custom domains, white-label branding, team collaboration, priority support) are removed at the end of your billing period.

When does my access end after cancelling?

Your Pro or Business features remain active until the last day of your current billing cycle. After that, your account automatically reverts to the free plan.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Tally has a strict no-refund policy. They do not issue refunds for unused time, missed renewal dates, or change of mind. The only exception is an extended service outage on Tally's side — contact hello@tally.so in that case.

Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Yes. You can resubscribe at any time by going to Settings → Billing and choosing a plan. Your forms and data will still be there on the free plan.

How do I fully delete my account and all data?

Account deletion is separate from cancellation. Go to Settings and click 'Delete account'. This permanently deletes your account, all forms, all workspaces, and all submissions. Tally cannot restore accounts after deletion.

Do I need to contact support to cancel?

No. Cancellation is fully self-service through Settings → Billing → Manage subscription. No phone call, chat, or email to support is required.

Log in to Tally

Go to https://tally.so and log in to your account.

Open Settings

Click 'Settings' in the left sidebar of your dashboard.

Go to Billing tab

Inside Settings, click on the 'Billing' tab.

Click Manage subscription

Click the 'Manage subscription' button. This opens Stripe's billing portal in a new page.

Cancel subscription

In the Stripe billing portal, click 'Cancel subscription'.

Confirm cancellation

Confirm the cancellation when prompted. Your Pro/Business features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
