Log in to Breezy HR

Go to app.breezy.hr and sign in with your Company Admin account. Only Company Admins have permission to manage billing and cancel the subscription.

Open Company Settings

Click the gear icon (⚙️) in the bottom-left sidebar to open Settings, then select 'Company Settings' from the menu.

Navigate to Subscriptions & Billing

In the left sidebar of Company Settings, click 'Subscriptions & Billing'. This section manages your current plan, payment methods, and billing history.

View your current plan

On the Subscriptions & Billing page, review your active plan (Startup, Growth, or Business). Locate the option to change or cancel your plan.

Select 'Change Plan' or 'Cancel Subscription'

Click 'Change Plan' to downgrade to the free Bootstrap plan (recommended if you want to retain recent data access), or click 'Cancel Subscription' to fully terminate the account.

Confirm the cancellation

Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your decision. If downgrading to Bootstrap, you will retain access to candidate data added within the last 30 days. If fully cancelling, your data is retained for one year before permanent deletion unless you request immediate deletion.
