Log in to SmartBear Admin
Go to https://my.smartbear.com and sign in with your SmartBear account credentials.
Open the Subscriptions tab
Once logged in, click the 'Subscriptions' tab in the left navigation panel to see all your active subscriptions.
Select your TestComplete subscription
Find your TestComplete solution in the subscriptions list and click on it to open the subscription details.
Determine your subscription type
Check whether your subscription is 'Sales-Managed' or 'Self-Service'. Sales-managed subscriptions (most TestComplete customers) show a 'Contact Sales' button instead of a cancel option.
Contact Sales (sales-managed) or Cancel directly (self-service)
Sales-managed: Click the 'Contact Sales' button and request cancellation or non-renewal from your account manager. Self-service: Click 'Cancel Subscription' directly on the subscription details page.
Confirm cancellation
Self-service only: In the confirmation dialog that appears, click 'Confirm Changes' to finalize the cancellation. Sales-managed customers must coordinate via their account manager.
Send written non-renewal notice
For sales-managed accounts, send written notice of non-renewal to your account manager at least 60 days before your subscription renewal date to avoid automatic renewal at SmartBear's then-current pricing.
