Open iPhone/iPad Settings
Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad. Tap your name at the very top of the Settings menu to open your Apple Account page.
Tap 'Subscriptions'
On the Apple Account screen, tap 'Subscriptions'. This shows all active and expired Apple subscriptions tied to your Apple ID.
Select iCloud+ from Active Subscriptions
Under the 'Active' section, find and tap 'iCloud+'. This opens the iCloud+ subscription management screen showing your current plan (e.g., 50GB, 200GB, or 2TB).
Tap 'Cancel Subscription'
Scroll to the bottom of the iCloud+ subscription page and tap 'Cancel Subscription'. Apple displays a warning that you may not have enough free iCloud storage to sync all your data if you cancel.
Confirm Cancellation
Tap 'Confirm' in the confirmation dialog to complete the cancellation. Your iCloud+ plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which storage reverts to the free 5 GB tier.
Alternative — Mac: System Settings
On Mac, go to Apple menu → System Settings → Apple Account → iCloud → click 'Manage Plan' under iCloud+ Features → click 'Cancel Subscription' and confirm.
