1

Review your contract terms

Before initiating cancellation, locate your Evisort/Workday contract to check the required notice period (typically 30โ€“90 days before renewal) and renewal date. Canceling after auto-renewal triggers will result in no refund for the new term.

2

Log in to the client portal

Sign in at clients.evisort.com to access your account. There is no self-serve 'Cancel Subscription' button โ€” cancellation must be done through your account representative.

3

Contact your Account Manager or Customer Success Manager

Reach out directly to your assigned Workday/Evisort account manager or Customer Success Manager to initiate cancellation. This is the primary cancellation path for all enterprise customers.

4

Submit written cancellation notice

Send a formal written cancellation notice per your contract terms. You can also use the support contact form at evisort.com/contact or email support directly. Keep a copy of all correspondence as proof of notice date.

5

Settle any outstanding invoices

Ensure all outstanding invoices are paid. Data export access is only granted after all fees are cleared โ€” Evisort will not provide a data export if there are unpaid balances.

6

Request your data export

After cancellation is confirmed, request a copy of all your contracts and data via the online shared folder provided by Evisort. You have up to 30 days post-termination to make this request. Email privacy@evisort.com for data deletion requests.
