Will I lose access immediately after cancelling?

No. Your account remains active until the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual). After that, your login access is revoked and any public Leadpages URLs go offline.

Can I get a refund when I cancel?

Leadpages does not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. The only exception is a 7-day satisfaction guarantee: if you cancel within 7 days of your first paid charge after the free trial, contact support to request a full refund.

Will my pages and data be deleted right away?

No. Leadpages retains your pages, leads, and account data for up to 12 months after cancellation. If you reactivate within that window, your content is restored.

How do I reactivate my account after cancelling?

Log back in at app.leadpages.com and follow the reactivation prompts, or visit the reactivation help page at support.leadpages.com. Your content will be restored as long as you reactivate within 12 months.

Do I need to delete sub-accounts before cancelling?

Yes. If your account has sub-accounts, you must manually delete each sub-account before you can cancel the main account. Sub-accounts do not automatically close when the main account is cancelled.

Can I cancel by phone or chat instead of online?

Only Advanced plan subscribers have access to phone and live chat support (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm). All other plan users must cancel through the self-serve dashboard or submit a request via support.leadpages.com.

Go to app.leadpages.com and sign in with your credentials.

Open the account menu

Click your account name or profile icon in the top-left corner of the dashboard to open the dropdown menu.

Go to Billing

Select 'Billing' from the dropdown menu to open your subscription and billing settings.

Click 'Cancel' on your active plan

Find your active plan and click the 'Cancel' or 'Cancel Subscription' button next to it.

Complete the exit survey

Select your reason for cancelling from the exit survey. You must submit this before proceeding. Leadpages may show retention screens with incentives to stay — click through to continue with cancellation.

Acknowledge data loss warnings

On the final confirmation screen, check off all the required boxes acknowledging what will be lost (pages going offline, domain disconnection, etc.).

Click 'Delete Account' to confirm

Click the 'Delete Account' button (this is the final cancel confirmation — despite the label, it cancels your subscription, not just your account). You will receive a confirmation email.
