Open Missive on Desktop

Launch the Missive desktop app or open the web app in a browser. Note: billing management is only available on desktop — mobile apps do not provide access to billing settings.

Click Your Avatar

Click your profile avatar in the lower-left corner of the sidebar to open the account menu.

Open Settings

Select 'Settings' from the dropdown menu (keyboard shortcut: Cmd+, on Mac).

Go to the Billing Tab

In the Settings panel, click on the 'Billing' tab in the left navigation.

Click 'Cancel subscription'

Scroll to find and click the 'Cancel subscription' button on the Billing page.

Confirm Cancellation
