Will I lose access immediately after canceling?

No. After canceling, you retain access to Sauce Labs until the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual). Your subscription simply will not renew.

Can I get a refund after canceling?

Generally no — all fees are non-refundable. The only exception is if you upgrade your plan mid-cycle, in which case you receive a prorated credit for the unused portion of the old plan. Downgrading or canceling does not trigger a prorated refund.

How do I cancel an Enterprise plan?

Enterprise plan cancellations cannot be done self-serve through the website. You must contact your Sauce Labs account executive directly to cancel or not renew an Enterprise contract.

How much notice do I need to give for an annual plan?

At least 30 days notice before the end of your current annual subscription term is required to prevent automatic renewal for another full year.

Can I reactivate my subscription after canceling?

Yes. Canceling does not delete your account. You can re-subscribe to a paid plan at any time from the Billing page. For Real Device Cloud plans, cancellation means downgrading to the free tier, which can be reversed by selecting a paid plan again.

What happens to my data after cancellation?

Your account and stored data (test results, configurations) remain accessible until the end of your billing period. After that, Sauce Labs' data retention policies apply — review the Terms of Service at saucelabs.com/doc/terms-of-service or contact support for specifics on post-cancellation data deletion timelines.

Log in to Sauce Labs

Go to app.saucelabs.com and sign in with your account credentials.

Open Account menu

Click on your account name or the 'Account' option in the top navigation bar to open the account dropdown menu.

Navigate to Billing

Click 'Billing' from the account dropdown menu to open the Billing management page.

Go to the Select Plan tab

On the Billing page, click the 'Select Plan' tab to view your current subscription and plan options.

Click Cancel Your Subscription

Click the 'Cancel Your Subscription' link or button on the Select Plan tab. Enterprise plan holders must instead contact their Sauce Labs account executive directly — self-serve cancellation is not available for Enterprise.

Confirm cancellation
