Do I still have access after cancelling?

Yes, you retain full access until the end of your current billing period. After that, access to payment features, vendor contacts, and automated tools is removed. Historical bills and invoices are moved to inactive status and may only be viewable in limited form.

Will I get a refund for the unused portion of my subscription?

No. BILL does not offer prorated refunds. All service fees are non-refundable, and you will be charged for the full billing cycle in which you cancel, regardless of when in the cycle you cancel.

Can I reactivate my account after cancelling?

Yes, but only within 90 days of cancellation. A former Administrator must contact BILL Customer Support via chat (Mon–Fri, 5 am–6 pm PT) or phone at (650) 621-7700 to request reactivation. After 90 days, reactivation may not be possible.

What happens to my data after cancellation?

BILL retains your bills and invoices for security and auditing purposes — they are not permanently deleted but moved to inactive status. It is recommended to export or download any important records before cancelling.

Are there any cancellation or early termination fees?

No documented early termination fees. However, you must settle any outstanding balances before cancellation is allowed, and a final statement will be generated and sent to all Administrator users on the account.
