Open Nordea Mobile app
Launch the Nordea Mobile app on your smartphone. Make sure you are running version 4.22 or newer. Log in using your credentials or biometric authentication.
Go to Insights or Payments tab
Tap the 'Insights' tab at the bottom of the screen and scroll down to find 'Subscriptions'. Alternatively, from app version 4.23+, tap 'Payments and e-invoices' and then select 'Subscriptions'.
Select the subscription to cancel
Browse the list of subscriptions charged to your account or card. Tap the subscription you wish to cancel to open its detail view.
Tap 'Cancel subscription'
Tap the 'Cancel subscription' button on the subscription detail screen. Follow the on-screen steps and fill in any required details about your cancellation request.
Sign the authorisation digitally
Nordea handles the cancellation on your behalf. You must sign a digital authorisation in the app to confirm you want Nordea to submit the cancellation request to the merchant.
Confirm and await processing
After signing, you will receive a confirmation. Note that you may still be charged one final billing cycle if a payment was already queued before the cancellation was processed.
