Can I still use PTGui after I cancel auto-renewal?

Yes. Disabling auto-renewal does not immediately revoke access. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current paid yearly term. You will continue to have full access until that date.

Will PTGui notify me before my subscription renews?

Yes. If auto-renewal is enabled, PTGui sends a reminder email before the subscription expires. If auto-renewal is disabled, you will also receive a reminder that your subscription is expiring, but your card will not be charged.

Is PTGui a subscription for all users?

No. Standard individual licenses are one-time perpetual purchases — you buy once and own that version forever. Subscriptions (yearly) are only available for company floating licenses, which allow concurrent-user seat-based access across a network.

Can I reactivate or renew after cancellation?

Yes. You can manually renew your subscription at any time through your PTGui account portal, or start a new subscription at a later date.

Are refunds available after cancellation?

Log in with email or license key

Enter your email address or your PTGui license key to sign in. Click the 'Login' button to access your account.

Locate your subscription

Once logged in, find your active subscription license listed under your account. PTGui subscriptions are yearly company or floating licenses — personal licenses are one-time perpetual purchases and do not recur.

Disable automatic renewal

Find the auto-renewal setting for your subscription. Toggle off or uncheck the 'Automatic renewal' option. PTGui states this can be disabled 'at any time in your account'.

Confirm cancellation of auto-renewal

Save or confirm the change. You will not be billed again at the next renewal date. Your subscription remains active until the current paid term expires.
