Who can cancel a Ryte account?

Only the account owner can submit a cancellation request. Managers and Members do not have access to subscription settings. If the account owner has left your organization, contact support@ryte.com to transfer ownership before cancelling.

How much notice do I need to give before cancelling?

The required notice period depends on your contract. You can check your specific cancellation period and contract end date in your account settings under Accounts → Subscription.

Can I still access Ryte after I cancel?

Yes — your access continues until the end of your current contract term. The subscription end date will be shown in your account settings once cancellation is confirmed.

Will I get a refund if I cancel mid-term?

Log in to Ryte platform

Go to platform.ryte.com and sign in with your account owner credentials. Note: only the account owner can cancel — Managers and Members do not have access to subscription settings.

Open account menu

Click your account icon in the top-right corner of the platform to open the dropdown menu.

Select 'Accounts'

In the dropdown menu, click 'Accounts' to open the account overview. If you have multiple Ryte accounts, select the one you wish to cancel.

Go to 'Subscription' tab

Inside the account settings, navigate to the 'Subscription' tab. Here you can view your current plan, renewal date, runtime, and cancellation period.

Click the cancellation button

Within the Subscription section, locate and click the cancellation button to initiate the cancellation of your account. Review your contract term and cancellation notice period shown on this screen before confirming.

Confirm cancellation

Follow any on-screen prompts to confirm the cancellation. You will receive a confirmation email from Ryte with important details about your cancellation end date.
