Sign in to DigiCert

Go to your DigiCert account (CertCentral or DigiCert One) and sign in with your credentials.

Open Subscriptions

Click your profile icon in the upper-right corner and select 'My subscription' from the Quick links bar, or navigate via the left menu to 'My Digital Trust Products' > 'My subscription'.

Open Subscription Actions

On the Subscriptions page, click the 'Subscription actions' dropdown menu.

Select Cancel

Choose 'Cancel my subscription' from the dropdown. To cancel only a single service instead of your whole subscription, select the individual product first and choose 'Cancel the subscription for [service name]' from its 'Actions' menu.

Review impacts

Review the list of all impacted services and certificates. If any certificates extend beyond your subscription end date, you will be offered the option to pay a prorated 'Remaining Certificate Life fee' to keep them valid — this is optional.

Confirm cancellation

Click 'Yes, I want to cancel my subscription' to complete the cancellation. Auto-renewal is turned off automatically.
