Can I get a refund if I cancel?

Yes, if you cancel within 30 days of activation you receive a full refund. All active certificates are immediately revoked and all pending orders are canceled. After 30 days there is no refund, but your account and services remain active until the end of the current 12-month term.

What happens to my certificates when I cancel?

If you cancel within the 30-day refund window, all certificates are immediately revoked. If you cancel after 30 days, certificates remain valid until the subscription end date. Any certificate whose validity period extends past that date will be automatically revoked unless you pay the optional prorated 'Remaining Certificate Life fee' during the cancellation flow.

Can I reactivate my subscription after canceling?

If you canceled after the 30-day window (no-refund scenario), you can restart individual services at any time before the renewal date. Full reactivation after the subscription ends requires contacting DigiCert support or purchasing a new subscription.

Go to your DigiCert account (CertCentral or DigiCert One) and sign in with your credentials.

Open Subscriptions

Click your profile icon in the upper-right corner and select 'My subscription' from the Quick links bar, or navigate via the left menu to 'My Digital Trust Products' > 'My subscription'.

Open Subscription Actions

On the Subscriptions page, click the 'Subscription actions' dropdown menu.

Select Cancel

Choose 'Cancel my subscription' from the dropdown. To cancel only a single service instead of your whole subscription, select the individual product first and choose 'Cancel the subscription for [service name]' from its 'Actions' menu.

Review impacts

Review the list of all impacted services and certificates. If any certificates extend beyond your subscription end date, you will be offered the option to pay a prorated 'Remaining Certificate Life fee' to keep them valid — this is optional.

Confirm cancellation

Click 'Yes, I want to cancel my subscription' to complete the cancellation. Auto-renewal is turned off automatically.
