1

Review your contract notice period

Check your signed Order Form or Master Subscription Agreement for the auto-renewal notice period — typically 30–90 days before the renewal date. Missing this window means automatic renewal for another term. Log in to your Ironclad account and locate your contract end date.

2

Contact your Customer Success Manager

Reach out directly to your assigned Account Manager or Customer Success Manager (CSM) via email or phone to initiate cancellation. All enterprise accounts have a dedicated CSM — their contact details are in your onboarding documents or inside the product.

3

Submit a support ticket (if no CSM contact)

If you don't have a CSM contact, navigate to https://support.ironcladapp.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and submit a cancellation request. Select the appropriate category and clearly state your intent not to renew and your contract end date.

4

Use in-product chat to escalate

As an Administrator, click the question mark (?) icon inside the Ironclad product. Type 'Talk to an agent' or 'Connect me to an agent' to reach live support. Available Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm CST. Response time is typically under 90 seconds.

5

Send written cancellation notice

Provide written notice of non-renewal to your account representative or to support@ironcladhq.com. Include your company name, account ID, contract end date, and explicit statement that you do not wish to renew. Keep a copy for your records.

6

Request data export before contract ends

Before your access ends, ask your CSM to initiate a data export of all contracts and documents stored in Ironclad. Access terminates immediately on the contract end date, so request this well in advance.
