Log in to your Kameleoon account
Go to login.kameleoon.com/app and sign in with your credentials.
Open Organization settings
Click your account or organization name in the top navigation to open the Organization page (account settings).
Click 'Contact support'
On the Organization page, locate and click the 'Contact support' link. There is no self-service cancellation button — cancellation must go through the support or account management team.
Submit a cancellation request
You will be directed to kameleoon.com/contact. Fill out the contact form with your account details and clearly state that you wish to cancel your subscription. Export your data before cancellation takes effect
Before the current billing cycle ends, download all experiment reports and data from your dashboard. Kameleoon does not document a post-cancellation data retrieval window, so export everything beforehand.
Await confirmation and end-of-cycle access
Kameleoon will confirm your cancellation. Your account remains active and accessible until the end of the current billing period — no refund is issued for the remaining days.
