Note: Skiff Mail is shut down

Skiff Mail was acquired by Notion in February 2024 and fully shut down on August 9, 2024. The service no longer exists — app.skiff.com redirects to a shutdown notice at skiff.com. There is no active subscription to cancel.

2

Request a refund if you were charged

If you had a paid subscription that extended past August 9, 2024, you may be owed a pro-rated refund. Email support@skiff.org with 'Refund' in the subject line. Note that Skiff support has been largely unresponsive since the shutdown.

3

Dispute the charge with your bank

If emailing support@skiff.org does not resolve your refund, contact your credit card issuer or bank to dispute the charge. Be aware that most card issuers have a 60–120 day dispute window, which may have already passed.

4

Cancel any active App Store / Google Play billing

If you subscribed via Apple App Store or Google Play, your subscription may still appear active in your device's subscription management. On iOS go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions and cancel Skiff there. On Android go to Google Play → Subscriptions.
