How to Cancel Capsule CRM (2026)

Export your data
Before canceling, go to Account Settings > Export Data. An export link will be emailed to you — it downloads a ZIP file containing 3 CSV files for Contacts, Opportunities, and Projects. Only users with Export Rights can do this.
Log in as Super Administrator
Only the Super Administrator can cancel the account. Log in at your Capsule CRM subdomain (e.g. yourcompany.capsulecrm.com) with Super Administrator credentials.
Open Account Settings
Click your account/profile icon or navigate to the 'Account Settings' area from the main navigation menu.
Click 'Cancel Account'
In Account Settings, locate and click the 'Cancel Account' link. This opens the Account Cancellation page.
Tick all confirmation checkboxes
On the cancellation page, review the account information displayed. All checkboxes must be ticked to proceed — these acknowledge that data will be deleted and the account will become inaccessible.
Confirm cancellation
Submit the cancellation form to confirm. You will receive a confirmation email containing a restore link valid for 14 days. After 14 days, all account data is permanently and irreversibly deleted.
