Check your contract terms

Locate your Chubb contract to confirm your minimum term and service type. Send a written cancellation notice

Include your account number, contract number, site address, and the date from which you wish to cancel. Send via recorded/tracked post to have proof of delivery.

Await written confirmation from Chubb

Chubb should send written confirmation of your cancellation. Keep this for your records. If you do not receive confirmation within 14 days of your notice letter being delivered, follow up by calling 0344 879 1770 and referencing your cancellation reference number.

Arrange return of rented equipment (if applicable)

If you are on a rental service (FX Plus, Intruder 360 Plus), Chubb will arrange collection of equipment. Do not use, damage, or dispose of rented equipment. Chubb charges a 'fair and reasonable' collection fee upon written request. Purchased equipment is yours to keep.
